Prior to your trip, we will send you an organized packet with everything you need for your visit. This will include your itinerary, bookings, confirmation numbers, maps, directions, transportation information, and all necessary contact numbers.

Our concierge is available to you at all times via telephone, email, and fax to assist you with anything you may need prior to or during your trip. For example, if you encounter flight schedule changes, our concierge will help you identify possible alternative flights. While you will have direct access to GIVF clinical team, you can also use our concierge as a single point of contact if you have questions or concerns. Our concierge will always keep your clinical team up to date with all your travel plans.

GIVF concierge services can also help personalize your visit and make it as enjoyable as possible.
